Out-line of food costing delivery.

Brief outline of course delivery, with detailed explanation on Moodle Shell.

1. Face to face welcome with video conferencing available through skype for distance learners.
Here we will introduce the participants and lecturer and spend some time finding out about the differing establishments the students are familiar with.

2. At the same session we will go through the course content, breaking down the required assignments and revision tests as well as giving clear timeframes for each.

3. Introduce "My Recipes" costing programme to students and configure their access as well as refer to camtasia recorded demonstration on how to use.

4. Give out details of lecturer’s availability for tutorial sessions as well as information on required readings and course materials.

5. Finally, completion dates and requirements for food costing papers.
